Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP)

This province doesn’t completely depend on the express entry program, rather fills its highly skilled workers’ position, it has its own program SINP. The eligibility criteria are –

• Legal documents which can validate the resident’s status
• The minimum score in Canadian Language Benchmark needs to be 4
• Minimum 1 year of [post-secondary education in any educational institute equivalent to Canadian ones. Must be recognized.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience (paid) in the last ten years in any of the high skilled occupations as per the NOC – 0, A, or B.
• Proof of license for professional operation in the Saskatchewan province
• Minimum 60 points in CRS

Quebec Skilled worker Program (QSWP)

In Quebec, you can move if you have –

- All the above-mentioned criteria except for

• Canadian Language Benchmark minimum score needs to be 5
• And the candidate needs to prove that he or she is having enough funds to settle in Quebec.

Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNP)

Finally, we have Nova Scotia, where you need to have –

• Age between 18 years to 49 years to settle there or even apply under this program
• A minimum score as per IELTS or CLB
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the particular field of work as designated
• A diploma or certification course is done from a Canadian university/ college or any equivalent international institute.
• Good and positive intention for living in Nova Scotia.
