What is the eligibility for the MPNP Occupation List?

Following are the minimum requirements to be eligible for Manitoba provincial nomination:

  • Education/Experience – Past education, training, work experience as well as any applicable certification, license or registration (regulatory requirements) necessary for your occupation in Manitoba
  • NOC Requirements – Present requirement for your skills and potential for long-term employment as well as career growth which will contribute to developing the Manitoba labour market
  • Must be proficient in the English language to be eligible for Canada PR Visa
  • Past education, training, work experience as well as any applicable certification, license or registration (regulatory requirements) necessary for your occupation in Manitoba
  • Description of duties, skills, talents, and work settings in the Canadian economy described in the NOC 2011.
